Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- 1.Integration testing of ADAS software components with vehicle ECUs, sensors (camera, radar, lidar), and networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- 2. Support end-to-end system bring-up and feature integration in test vehicles and benches (SIL/HIL/VIL).
- 3. Coordinate with software development, calibration, testing, and vehicle engineering teams.
- 4. Debug integration issues related to software, hardware, interfaces, timing, and communication.
- 5. Ensure compliance with system architecture, interface specifications, and OEM requirements.
- 6. Support road tests and data analysis for integrated ADAS features.

Experience
- 4 to 8 Yrs

Industry Preferred

Qualifications
- BE/BTech/ME/Mtech (EEE, ECE)

General Requirements
- Troubleshoot HIL and Vehicle integration issues (hardware, software, communication protocols).
- 2. Develop, configure, and maintain HIL/SIL test environments using IPG Carmaker
- 3. Design and execute ADAS test scenarios: AEB, ACC, LKA, BSD, FCW, TSR, Parking Assist
- 4. Perform open‑loop and closed‑loop ADAS testing




- 5. Analyse test results and identify functional deviations, performance issues, and system faults
- 6. Robust knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, including fault code analysis, system troubleshooting, and the use of industry‑standard diagnostic tools and protocols.
- 7. Hands on tools Canoe, Canalyser, CANape and protocols Ethernet-DOIP,CAN,CAN-FD
- 8. Hands on IPG Carmaker(any equivalent), HIL platforms (dSPACE, NI, Vector - preferred), Simulink / MATLAB
