- JOB PURPOSE - To successfully executing the new projects, providing cost data for new offer and driving operational improvements of exiting sites.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Support with end-to-end technical guidance to all the sites.
- Start up and stabilization of recent project
- Support all growth opportunities with assessing the job and providing cost data for commercial proposals.
- Driving specific improvement/efficiency projects (asset utilization, manpower efficiency, productivity enhancements,
- Improved overall asset maintenance and management of business KPIs on India asset management (OEE, Cost, SMU, people capability development,
base work for TPM)
- Co-ordinate with global engineering and project management team for ensuring best practices/ business development support.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Execute new site start ups
- Drive operational improvement projects (productivity, OEE, efficiency)
- Lead innovation to develop new asset solutions
- Handling Oracle ERP system functioning and BI monitoring reports for Plant & Equipment dept. for continuous improvement
- Drive continuous improvements in all the sites of Harsco India.
- Review and advise the Regional Ops Director on all aspects of the maintenance budget for the region
- Monitor equipment effectiveness, availability and condition
- Ensure all mobile assets, new and existing are in place and can be utilised fully and profitably as required in the local businesses.
