About the role
The HVAC Aftermarket Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analytics Lead to join our HVAC Planning team. The Business Analytics Lead is responsible for analyzing business processes,



identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. They act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IT systems and business strategies align with organizational goals. This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies, and strong cross-functional communication.
