Requirements:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, LLM Applications, Copilots, or Autonomous Systems in production environments.
- Experience working at a global product company with large-scale user-facing products.
- Proven experience owning and shipping products or major features end-to-end.
- Strong backend engineering and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation, memory systems, or agent frameworks.
- Experience building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient systems in production.
- Robust cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.




- Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions with customer outcomes.
- High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with frontier AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI agents capable of executing complex business operations autonomously.
- Design and develop agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use systems.
- Build infrastructure for durable, long-running, and reliable agent execution.
- Own products and features from ideation through deployment and production monitoring.
- Improve agent reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop backend systems, APIs, integrations, and execution platforms powering AI agents.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement advancements in AI age
