Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Use Tally software for data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and manage receivables and payables.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Generate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in accounting role, with proficiency in Tally software.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using Tally for accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
