Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage employment agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), employment bonds, appointment letters, and other HR-related legal documents.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy contracts, and other commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labour laws, and company policies.
- Provide legal guidance and support to the HR team on employment-related matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
- Assist in handling legal notices, employment disputes, and compliance-related matters.




- Identify legal risks in contracts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Stay updated on changes in employment, labour, and corporate laws and advise stakeholders accordingly.

Qualifications
- LL.B. (mandatory)
- LL.M. will be an added advantage.
- 2 -4 years of experience in corporate legal documentation, contract management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate legal practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, legal research, and analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in drafting and managing employment bonds, NDAs, offer letters, and HR legal documentation.
