About the Role

As the Center Head at Tovi International Preschool, you’ll be in charge of running the entire preschool. Your main goal is to make sure every child learns and grows in a safe, caring, and fun environment that supports their early development.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily running of the school — everything from academics to admin and staff matters.
- Make sure the preschool follows all safety rules, child protection laws, and education guidelines.
- Put in place a curriculum based on top international early childhood practices.
- Hire, guide, train, and support teachers and staff to help them do their best work.
- Build solid, positive relationships with parents — keep them informed and address their concerns.
- Track and meet enrollment goals, help retain students, and ensure parents are happy with the school.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and encouraging school culture that reflects Tovi's values.

Qualifications




- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or something similar.
- At least 5 years of experience working with young children, and 2+ years leading a team or running a center.
- A solid understanding of how young children grow and learn.
- It’s a bonus if you know international teaching styles like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or EYFS.

- You communicate well and build strong relationships with both staff and parents.
- You’re organized, can make good decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- You know how to lead a team, keep them motivated, and help them grow.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
