We are hiring an Onsite Service Technician to join our dynamic and growing team

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical service? Rensolve India Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled Onsite Service Technicians to provide top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services directly at our customers’ locations.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and resolve them efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Document service activities and maintain records accurately
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed

What We’re Looking For:




- Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
- Robust technical knowledge relevant to Rensolve India’s product line
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
