Quality Engineering Transformation Lead (Telecom)
Role Summary
Drive testing excellence across Telecom programs by assessing current testing practices, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing industry best practices to improve quality, test coverage, automation adoption, and delivery outcomes.



Lead the introduction of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to modernize testing processes and accelerate quality engineering transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing testing processes, governance, and System Integration Testing (SIT) practices to identify improvement opportunities.
Define and implement Quality Engineering best practices, standards, and testing frameworks.
Eliminate redundant test activities and optimize testing effort through risk-based testing approaches.
Identify test coverage gaps and enhance end-to-end business process validation.
Review and recommend improvements to automation frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing effectiveness, efficiency, and defect prevention.
Lead adoption of GenAI solutions for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and reporting.
