Prepare the Operation Theatre before each surgical procedure.
- Check availability and functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques throughout the procedure.
- Perform surgical scrub, gowning, gloving, and sterile field preparation.
- Act as Scrub Nurse or Circulating Nurse as assigned.
- Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, sutures, implants, and consumables.
- Perform instrument, sponge, needle, and swab counts before, during, and after surgery.
