This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth and operations professional to help scale digital-asset Earn products across rapid-moving Asian markets.
You will drive user acquisition, engagement, product adoption, and campaign performance through data-led initiatives.
The role combines growth strategy, product operations, partnerships, and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate, and external token partners.
A key part of the position is monitoring product performance, resolving operational issues, and improving the customer experience.
You will also contribute to the growth of VIP and institutional relationships while supporting broader business targets.

Accountabilities
Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications designed to increase user acquisition, engagement, retention, and adoption of Earn products.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with token projects and ecosystem participants to expand product offerings and market reach.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate, and other internal teams to coordinate product launches, campaigns, and operational activities.
Monitor daily product performance, identify operational or product-related issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Own or contribute to business KPIs and growth targets, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with commercial objectives.
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, market data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improved growth
