Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with Django & Django REST Framework
Strong experience in React.js
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns & Data Structures
Experience with up-to-date software development practices, Git, Agile, and CI/CD
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

6-10 years of overall IT experience
4+ years of hands-on Python development
2+ years of React.js experience




Prior experience as a Technical Lead or a Senior Developer with strong leadership capabilities
Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions

Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Sc.
60-65% or above throughout academics
