Role Description:
Responsibilities:
Quality Check
- Monitor calls/Work Orders/E-mail etc. (Remote and live) and give constructive feedback to Engineer/ teams assigned.
- Meet QA targets assigned on a consistent basis
- Conduct and participate in monthly feedback sessions and ability to prepare the Individual development plan
- Conduct and participate in standardization/correction within the process with the process owners and within the team
- Support the Operations team to improve performance on Process knowledge, customer service, communication skills,



team motivation, and teamwork

Team Co-ordination, Client Connect, and Reporting
- Meeting with the stakeholders every month to discuss the performance of the teams and improvement opportunities
- Assessing relevant training needs for individual engineers.
- Deliver inputs for training sessions on process knowledge skills on a recursive basis to the engineers on the floor.
- Document training needs based on the feedback/QC findings and report them to the Command center academy within the TAT.
- To facilitate induction batches for current employees.
- Conduct Compliance, Communication, and Process Awareness sessions

Others:
- Own the initiatives within the team and with the project assigned
- Adhere to company norms and regulations with no deviations.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have min 2 years of experience in Energy monitoring systems - Remote and Proact resolution
- Preferably handled 2
