Sun Life is seeking an AI Transformation & Intake Consultantwho will play a critical role in identifying, shaping, prioritising,



and owning AI and automation opportunitiesacross the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, process transformation, and applied AI.

The role is responsible for acting as the front door for AI demand, partnering with business teams to uncover high‑value use cases, translate complex business problems into AI‑ready product opportunities, and ensure work is prioritised and delivered with clear value outcomes. While traditional automation remains an important lever, the primary focus of this role is on AI‑enabled and agentic solutions, including GenAI, intelligent document processing, decision intelligence, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems.
