About Us:
We are a rapidly growing commercial dairy and plant-based protein supplier, currently moving over 1,500- 2000 kg of premium Paneer, monthly basis, and beginning to make Soy Paneer (Tofu)catering to local culinary brands. As we scale our production to meet surging demand, we are expanding our commercial footprint to reach 500 kg per day of Paneer and also 1000 kg per day Soy Paneer. We are looking for an aggressive, well-networked B2B Institutional Sales Specialist to command our market expansion and secure large-volume anchor accounts.

The Role:
This is not a retail FMCG role or a desk job. You will be the primary driver of our institutional growth.



Your main objective is to identify, pitch, and lock down high-volume buyers—specifically hotels, restaurants, cafes, banquet halls, wedding caterers, cloud kitchen networks, and multi-location casual dining chains.

You will manage the entire Institutional sales lifecycle, from the initial chef tasting to commercial contract negotiation and credit/payment management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Institutional Volume: Onboard bulk buyers (catering companies, hotels, banquet complexes) to achieve and sustain a collective target of 350 kg/day Malai Paneer and about 500kg/day Soy Paneer.
- Execute Chef Pitches: Conduct live product sampling and technical demonstrations with Head Chefs and Kitchen Managers to showcase our product's frying yield, texture, and moisture retention.
- Negotiate Commercial Contracts: Secure commercial supply agreements, including price per kilogram structures, minimum order quan
