Eligibility:
- Undergraduate/Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Hospitality background with experience in Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- C1 US Voice Versant is mandatory

- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional support.
- Manage retention, recovery, collections, and upselling activities.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
