Role Purpose

The Technical Estimator/BOQ Specialist will prepare accurate, detailed, and GST-ready cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and quotations for architectural glass and mirror projects. This role is critical for ensuring profitability, competitive pricing, and technical accuracy in client proposals while supporting the sales team with line-item descriptions and material specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesBOQ & Quotation Preparation
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural glass, decorative glass, mirrors, and facade projects[huneety]
- Draft detailed quotations with line-item descriptions for clients, architects,



and contractors[huneety]
- Create GST-ready estimates with accurate tax calculations, HSN codes, and compliance[huneety]
- Break down project requirements into quantifiable materials, labor, and installation costs[expertia]

Technical Specifications & Material Analysis
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine material requirements[indeed]

Cost Estimation & Pricing Strategy
