YOUR PROFILE:

1. Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to
delivery
2. Work closely with the business team to understand and convert event
objectives
3. Work closely with department heads and internal stakeholders to
conceptualise, develop and conduct the event based on defined goals and
deliverables, and within timelines
4. Communicating, maintaining and developing client + vendor relationships
5. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific
projects are delivered efficiently
6. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
7. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
8. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
9. Decision-Making Skills: Adhere to timelines, will need to make decisions on
final copy, final art, print files etc.
10. Vendor identification and selection
11. Cost and budget management with different teams - licensing, talent
management, F&B;, operations, sales, volunteer, security, production,
ticketing, show running etc.
