THE WORK YOU'LL DO

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll be a key member of Sovos' global accounting team, helping ensure the smooth and accurate execution of Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions and legal entities.





Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting, you'll support Sovos' global business operations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and is eager to contribute to a growing global organization.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

* Process vendor invoices across multiple global entities, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely posting within the ERP system.
* Manage weekly and ad-hoc payment runs across multiple currencies and banking platforms while maintaining compliance with internal controls.
* Perform vendor statement reconciliations and AP subledger-to-general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
