Join a global Support Engineering team helping customers solve complex technical challenges across data, cloud, and distributed systems.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner to users and prospects across India, APJ, and EMEA.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, customer engagement, technical guidance, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
You will work across support cases, chat, Slack, community channels, calls, and virtual meetings to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Beyond resolving issues, you will contribute to documentation, training, technical content, and improvements to support processes.

Accountabilities
Provide first-line technical support and guidance to users, customers, and prospects through tickets, chat, Slack, community channels, calls, and virtual meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining professional communication and meeting established Service Level Agreements.
Develop practical solutions across cloud and open-source data platforms and share knowledge through documentation, knowledge bases, blogs, webinars, meetups, training, and community resources.
Collaborate closely with global Support, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management teams to identify customer needs and influence product functionality.
Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technically complex proof-of-concept engagements and customer-facing initiatives.
