Job Description:
The SAP Project Coordinator supports the delivery of SAP initiatives across ESAB by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
This role works closely with senior project managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, etc.). The focus is on project coordination, execution support, and stakeholder communication to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will play an significant part in supporting the successful implementation of SAP applications, helping projects remain within budget, on schedule, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
What you will do
• Regulations & Standards: The Project Coordinator supports the team in ensuring that the project is compliant with all relevant SOX regulations and ESAB Change Management and Project Management policies.
• Delivery: The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Delivery team, including scheduling meetings,



organizing community events, formatting, maintaining issue logs and risk registers, taking minutes, and reporting. They ensure all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.
• Planning and Management: The Project Coordinator supports the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project’s scope, schedule, budget, and resources required. They work with the project team to track roles and responsibilities and help maintain a communication plan that includes regular status updates and stakeholder engagement. The Project Coordinator monitors progress, identifies risks, and supports mitigation planning to help keep the project on track.
