We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role,



you will lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), Should Costing, Tear-down Analysis, Debugging, and Reverse Engineering initiatives across multiple aircraft interior electro-mechanical products.
You will be responsible for developing accurate should-cost models, identifying value engineering opportunities, driving cost reduction initiatives and supporting strategic sourcing decisions.
You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Trade (GT) and Logistics to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality, performance and compliance.
