Accountabilities:
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and engineering best practices.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams.
Design and implement Salesforce configurations, integrations, database structures, and relational data models with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Lead system design activities for new Salesforce capabilities and integrations, ensuring architectural soundness and long-term scalability.
Drive continuous improvement through agile practices, encouraging responsive delivery, iterative development, and effective collaboration across teams.
