We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our L&D; VTH team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
Design solutions that are engaging and effective
Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
