Our team leads strategic planning and ensures successful program tracking and implementation through effective stakeholder communication and management. We coordinate complex initiatives by defining goals, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement. Applying program and risk management techniques, we deliver scalable technology solutions while fostering collaboration across multiple areas. Leveraging technical design and systems architecture expertise, we support seamless project execution and operational excellence. Our focus is on aligning priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent communication to achieve impactful outcomes across various programs and initiatives.




You will play a key leadership role in building an Enterprise Catalog Platform serving Walmart’s largest US retail market, international markets, and SAMs. You will be responsible for driving large-scale programs cutting across Enterprise domains. This role requires you to lead a large TPM team while directly driving ambiguous, complex programs on a global scale with platform mindset. As a functional owner, you will work closely with business, product, engineering and data sciences leaders to ensure timely planning, managing execution, meeting business commitments and defining ways of working. You will partner with the Technical Strategy team to drive the overall vision and efficiency improvements through thought leadership and technology innovation.
