We are seeking a short-term (6 months+) People Operations Partner contractor to support a critical phase of foundational enhancement and digital transformation work across our People Operations ecosystem. This role will partner closely with People Operations, HRIS/IT, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver cyclical programs and accelerate operational improvement initiatives; requirements gathering, process redesign, testing, knowledge documentation, change management,



and implementation readiness efforts tied to People systems and workflows.

This is a highly cooperative, execution-focused role that will help drive scalable operational foundations, improve employee and manager experiences, and support the successful delivery of key enhancement initiatives across People Operations processes and systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational knowledge, experience supporting HR technology implementations/enhancements, exceptional documentation and organization skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation & Enhancement Support
Partner with People Operations, HRIS/IT, P&C;, COEs, and business stakeholders to support foundational enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
Gather, analyze, document, and refine detailed business and operational requirements across People Operations processes
