This role offers the chance to drive technical strategy, mentor high-performing engineering teams, and deliver scalable maritime technology solutions with measurable business impact.
Your Role
As a Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of fleet and vessel-level solutions, driving architecture,



development, quality, and operational excellence. You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership across React, Python, AWS, Kafka, and Snowflake to build highly scalable and reliable digital platforms.
In this role, you will:

Define and evolve platform architecture across frontend, backend, data pipelines, analytics, model hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
Lead the development of React-based applications, Python microservices, and cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS.
Design and implement robust telemetry ingestion, transformation, and storage frameworks ensuring data quality, lineage, and consistency.
Build and optimize Kafka-based streaming pipelines for near real-time alerts, event processing, and analytics workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to productionize ML and physics-based models, including monitoring, versioning, and performance
