POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is responsible for the design, development, qualification, and release of current Power MOSFET products. This role will be carried out either as a leader or member of a cross functional team, or as an individual, ensuring that new products are released to customer / market requirements and to appropriate quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead project teams on activities towards the release of new product families, complex products or technology platforms to timelines defined within project plans.
Ensure that new product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, customer and market requirements in collaboration with product marketing, process development, assembly and industrial functions
Assist the Product groups by providing technical support with respect to specification and justification of new product developments, answering specific customer technical enquiries and complaints
Provide project management and/or technical expertise for the team as consultant across one or many project(s)




Develop appropriate levels of knowledge in associated areas of product development work, namely the product release process, systems, project management, product specification, simulation and design.
