Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes aligned with business objectives.
Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranty Management, and Installed Base Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules to deliver integrated business solutions.
Provide end-user support, conduct testing, prepare functional specifications, and drive continuous process improvements.
Your Profile:

6-12 years of overall experience with robust hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module implementation and support projects.




Proven experience in configuring service management processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering business-centric SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of integration points between SAP CS and related modules such as SD, PM, MM, and Finance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with experience working in global project environments.
