Overview
Expleo is seeking an experienced Teamcenter & NX Business Analyst to support PLM transformation initiatives across Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing functions. The role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements definition, solution design, process optimization, and successful adoption of Teamcenter and NX solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Data Management teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.
Drive Teamcenter functional solutions across:
Product Structure & BOM Management
Change & Release Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
Workflow Management
Document Management
Classification and Configuration Management
Support NX-related engineering processes, including CAD data management, design release, and Teamcenter-NX integration.




Partner with architects and development teams to define solution approaches and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
Deliver user training, process documentation, and change management support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting integrations with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in PLM solutions with strong Teamcenter functional expertise.
Hands-on knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX environments.
Robust understanding of product lifecycle management processes and engineering workflows.
Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
