We are seeking a hands-on highly skilled and experienced Director of Software Engineer to join our team. In this people leadership role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Engineering and GenAI. You will be responsible for leading a talented team of Sr. Managers, Software Engineers and Data Scientists developing the multi-tenant Contact Center Platform and the creative Machine Learning and Generative AI systems, as well as architecting enterprise-grade microservices, and pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide engineering efforts, and lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to build reliable, high-quality platform software solutions. You will own attracting, developing, and growing top engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Build, develop and guide high-performing talent. Define a long-term talent strategy cutting across technology. Provide supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for the team who report into you.
Provide guidance in applying the right architectural pattern for the modernization of the applications by analyzing the gaps between existing architecture and new business requirements
