Role Summary

The Data Analyst, Specialist is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights
to support strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This
role involves structuring complex business requests into well-defined analytical
projects, extracting and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources and




developing automated reporting solutions to enhance data accessibility and
decision-making.

Responsibilities

* Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives,
translate requirements into analytical projects, and drive end-to-end
execution with structured problem-solving.

* Gather, clean and validate structured and unstructured datasets from
multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency in data
processing.

* Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including advertising
platforms, Adobe Analytics, and CRM systems, to generate actionable business
insights.

* Develop end-to-end marketing and sales funnel analytics by tracking customer
journeys from campaign engagement through lead generation and sales
conversion.

* Leverage Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) data, sales interactions, prospect
pipelines, and revenue metrics to provide a holistic view of marketing
effectiveness and business performance.
