Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Support the organization's digital marketing transformation by driving social media engagement, digital campaigns, marketing technology adoption, and customer-centric process improvements.
Create compelling content and storytelling platforms leveraging customer success stories, influencer partnerships, regional insights, and AI-enabled content solutions to strengthen brand affinity.
Enhance customer experience across all key brand touchpoints, CRM platforms, websites, mobile applications, social media channels, and digital ecosystems.
Drive product marketing for Tractors, including product launches, market activation, communication strategy, campaign development, and sales enablement collateral.
Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to assess competitor positioning, communication strategies, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities across horsepower segments.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for recent products, encompassing market research, customer insights, positioning, messaging, and launch execution.




Collaborate closely with State Sales teams to capture market feedback, identify customer needs, and translate insights into impactful marketing programs and campaigns.
Work closely with advertising agencies
Ensure effective planning, development, and deployment of POS materials, dealer branding assets, brochures, and campaign collateral to support business objectives.
Experience
Experience Requirement:

3-8 years experience in executing social media strategy, content strategy &innovation; with emerging digital trends
Technical Mind-set covering Product & Digital skills.
Street Smart – Go Getter & High learning orientation with execution mind-set.
Brand Launch & Go To Market Strategy execution.
Social Media Engagement & Management.
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Graduate with Masters or Diploma in Business Administration (or related field)General Requirements
