As a Technical Platform Manager - Online, Online Batch & Batch Fulfilment within Global Technology Fulfilment, you will define and drive the strategy for scalable, resilient, efficient, and user-friendly fulfilment platforms.



You will be responsible for enabling enterprise fulfilment capabilities across real-time, near real-time, and batch processing channels, ensuring consistent delivery, routing, orchestration, validation, monitoring, and operational excellence across TransUnion's global ecosystem. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, product, and operations teams.
What You'll Bring
• Deep understanding of distributed platform architectures, API-based services, event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and large-scale transaction processing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native capabilities supporting online, online-batch, and batch processing workloads, observability, and operational resilience.
• 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a technical or platform-f
