Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams.
The Senior System Administrator is responsible for defining, administering, and maintaining the hardware, software, and environments for PLM, Regulatory, R&D; and Clinical systems required to support Edwards’ business transformation from development through production. This role collaborates with Architects and Application Owners to create and manage system environments, supports administration and maintenance, defines release management, source code control, build and deployment procedures, and ensures environments are available,



secure, compliant, and performing as expected. The role works closely with cross-functional IT, Infrastructure, Compliance, Configuration, Development, vendor, and business teams to maintain system availability, support upgrades, execute deployments, manage backups and disaster recovery planning, and maintain infrastructure-related validation documentation.
How will you make an impact:
Administer, install, update, optimize, debug, and maintain PTC Windchill applications and related system environments across development, test, certification, and production.
Lead and Manage application administration activities across the lifecycle, including vendor coordination, installation, data import, upgrades, user issue resolution, permissions and roles, backups, automation, and application retirement.
Define, maintain, and execute source code management, release management, deployment, and configuration
