Job Description
Responsibilities: Handle post-sales inquiries and issues from customers, ensuring timely and qualified resolution. Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer concerns to maintain satisfaction and trust. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems efficiently. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance after-sales services. Develop and implement after-sales support strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
