Role Overview
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Head of Lead Generation to lead our efforts in creating high-quality opportunities, strengthening our sales pipeline, and accelerating growth of the India Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is ideal for a creative, forward-thinking leader who challenges convention, brings bold and unconventional ideas, and pioneers non-traditional strategies that stand out in India’s fast-evolving and highly competitive technology GCC landscape.

As the Head of Lead Generation, you will drive strategy from conception to execution, building and leading a high-performing team while staying hands-on with campaigns tailored to global markets, with regional nuances.You'll be accountable for the metrics that matter and deeply understand the data that drives performance in the Fresche India GCC context. This role involves a constant evolution of approaches and campaign adaptation that ultimately drive demand and revenue growth.

You'll execute across multiple channels,



design tool strategy while bringing fresh perspectives suited to the Indian and global audiences. This is a leadership / execution role for someone who takes ownership, measures impact fearlessly, experiments relentlessly, and isn't afraid to try new and creative approaches to engage global target audiences and accelerate company growth in India.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation and demand generation strategy specifically designed to drive qualified leads
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of lead generation/marketing experts
Manage and optimize campaigns across channels relevant to Indian audiences, including Google Ads, email marketing, paid social, SEO, regional platforms, and emerging local channels
Leverage marketing automation tools to create, track, and analyze campaigns, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and pipeline management
Identify and test creative, out-of-the-box lead generation tactics suited to target markets
