Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Essential Capabilities




Significant experience in sourcing, procurement, commercial management, or vendor management
Experience managing Real Estate, Infrastructure, General contacts-related categories
Solid negotiation and contract management capability across services, hardware, and technology agreements
Understanding of enterprise physical security environments and operational requirements
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Experience within banking, critical infrastructure, government, or highly regulated industries
Understanding of operational resilience and critical infrastructure requirements
Familiarity with supplier governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Experience
9+ years of overall Sourcing experience
5+ years of experience in Technology sourcing (SAAS) etc
Experience managing high value and/or highly strategic enterprise suppl
