Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing professional with 8–10 years of experience to lead quality assurance initiatives across Salesforce implementation for a transformation program from Monolith to Microservices. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with proven experience in test execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end testing activities in Agile environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Salesforce testing engagement for the program
• Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, system, regression, integration, and support user acceptance testing
• Validate Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations and enhancements
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and solution architects to ensure quality deliverables
• Lead and mentor testing team, provide technical guidance, and drive best practices
• Track defects, test execution status, and release readiness using Jira and Confluence
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure quality across integrations involving Salesforce and external applications
• Prepare and present test metrics, quality reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
• 8–10 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model
