Job Description
The Lead Architect owns the end-to-end technical design of enterprise applications built on Java and the Spring ecosystem. The role combines hands-on architecture of cloud-ready, event-driven microservices with technical leadership across the software development lifecycle - setting standards, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,



including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver creative and future-proof solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end architecture for assigned systems, from solution design through detailed component, integration, and deployment architecture.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions while collaborating closely with business, product, and delivery teams.
Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps.
Ensure non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and fault tolerance are incorporated into all solutions.
Design and oversee the development of Java-based, cloud-ready microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
