A major focus will be establishing AI-first engineering practices that improve developer productivity, delivery velocity, and software quality.

Provide technical leadership and direction across engineering teams while remaining hands-on enough to guide complex architectural and technical decisions.
Design, develop, and scale high-performance systems using appropriate architectural patterns for horizontal and vertical scalability.
Own and influence architecture, technical strategy, technology selection, engineering standards, and long-term modernization initiatives.
Translate product and business requirements into clear technical plans, architecture decisions, milestones, and execution strategies.
Evaluate trade-offs involving scalability, performance, reliability, security, maintainability, cost, and time-to-market.
