As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional technology and AI initiatives that support enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence. You will translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution plans. Working across technology, finance, legal, product, sales, and business operations, you will bring clarity to complex programs and align stakeholders around shared objectives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on program execution, requiring strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will help strengthen governance, identify risks, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across distributed teams. Accountabilities




Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs, including defining scope, developing roadmaps, planning resources, and tracking delivery.
Establish explicit success metrics, maintain regular reporting cadences, communicate progress and risks to senior leadership, and recommend effective paths forward when challenges arise.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand underlying problems, desired outcomes, priorities, and solution trade-offs.
Drive alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams by facilitating decisions, resolving dependencies, and maintaining execution momentum.
Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, operating models, and ways of working across the technology organization.
