JOB PURPOSE
The BPMS Leader will champion a strategic and ongoing business process transformation initiative, leveraging SAP Signavio and complementary capabilities as part of the broader S/4HANA RISE implementation. This role is pivotal in embedding a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) across the organization by closely collaborating with the System Integrator (SI) and internal stakeholders.

The leader will drive process transparency, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that align with the Group’s strategic objectives. This position demands a specialized skill set in Business Process Management and Mining (BPMS) and plays a critical role in ensuring sustained process excellence and agility across the enterprise.

â¢Lead and Govern the End-to-End Process Mining Lifecycle
Take full ownership of the business process mining lifecycle across targeted functions,



utilizing SAP Signavio and other advanced tools and methodologies. Ensure that process models, insights, and performance metrics are continuously updated, refreshed, and aligned with evolving business needs. Establish a sustainable cadence for process reviews and refinements, embedding process intelligence as a live, agile capability within the organization.

â¢Institutionalize Process Excellence Across the Organization
Drive a culture of operational excellence by systematically analyzing current ("as-is") processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for optimization. Leverage process mining insights to inform targeted interventions, streamline workflows, and enhance overall process performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
