Communications Manager - Facilities Management
Position Overview
JLL is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our Facilities Management team. This role will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance stakeholder engagement, support operational excellence, and strengthen JLL's brand presence within the facilities management sector.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while managing multiple communication channels and driving employee engagement across diverse client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Planning Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs. Create communication frameworks that support organizational change, operational initiatives, and service delivery excellence. Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and ensure consistent brand positioning across all facilities management operations.
Internal Communications Design and execute internal communication programs that engage facilities management teams across multiple sites and client accounts. Develop newsletters, announcements, intranet content, and digital communications that inform, inspire, and connect employees. Facilitate town halls, team meetings, and leadership communications to foster transparency and alignment.
