Job Title – Engineering Manager, Reliability Engineering
Within Fidelity Brokerage's Reliability Engineering organization, the associate leads strategic engineering capabilities. They are passionate about developing platforms for Test Data Management and Test Workplace Stability. Additional responsibilities align with the vision and roadmap of Reliability Engineering. The role combines deep technical leadership, engineering excellence, platform engineering, reliability engineering, and people leadership responsibilities. The associate will manage a team of engineers based in India while partnering closely with U.S.-based engineering leaders to define strategy, modernize platforms, improve operational reliability, and accelerate engineering productivity across Brokerage Technology.
The Purpose of This Role
Reliability Engineering is transforming the way Fidelity Brokerage Technology enables software quality, engineering productivity, and operational resilience. This role is responsible for building and scaling engineering capabilities that improve the reliability,
predictability, and effectiveness of software delivery across Brokerage Technology.
As a highly technical Engineering Manager, you will lead teams responsible for Test Data Management and Test Environment Stability while helping shape the future direction of Reliability Engineering. You will drive platform modernization, reliability engineering practices, observability, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and engineering excellence initiatives that support critically important brokerage platforms.
The role requires a strong technology mindset, balancing technical leadership, architecture influence, innovation, and talent development to deliver measurable business and engineering.
