Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service processes.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP Service Management solutions, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, and field service operations.
Configure and integrate SAP Service Management with related modules such as SD, MM, PM/EAM, CS, and Fiori applications within the S/4HANA landscape.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Your Profile:





6 to 12 years of overall SAP experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management and related service processes.
Strong functional knowledge of service order management, service contracts, warranty management, installed base, resource planning, and service execution in S/4HANA.
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, integration testing, and user training activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in global and cross-functional project environments.
