You will take ownership of development, customization, integrations, automation, and platform enhancements across the Service Cloud ecosystem.
The position combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration across business, architecture, administration, and delivery teams.
You will work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and event-driven integration technologies.

Accountabilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Configure and customize Service Cloud capabilities, including Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Salesforce Knowledge.
Develop custom functionality using Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
Build and maintain asynchronous processing solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and related Salesforce technologies.
Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as Boomi and Informatica.
