You will act as a strategic thought partner while also taking direct ownership of critical growth initiatives.
The role spans revenue operations, strategy, market analysis, cross-functional execution, and business performance.
You will identify opportunities, turn ambiguous ideas into structured plans, and drive initiatives through measurable outcomes.
You will work across functions including Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure India-specific priorities move forward effectively.

Accountabilities




Act as a strategic thought partner to the India General Manager, challenging assumptions, pressure-testing plans, and helping translate priorities into action.
Identify, evaluate, and build business cases for current growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, and go-to-market motions.
Develop an outside-in perspective on the Indian market by analyzing competitive, customer, and industry signals and translating insights into actionable growth plans.
Own key growth initiatives end to end, from defining the opportunity and establishing plans to coordinating execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Serve as a central point of coordination across Legal, Marketing, Product, and other functions for India-specific initiatives.
Monitor critical KPIs and OKRs for the India business, identify emerging risks or gaps, and proactively escalate areas requiring attention.
