Job Title:



Assistant Manager– Import BII and BIO
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Postgraduate, preferably MBA in Supply Chain and Operations.
Certification in Customs, EXIM, Foreign Trade or Advanced Microsoft Excel.
> 5 Years in the consumer goods industry with a EXIM background.
Experience of Custom clearance and warehouse function for at least 2 years
Strategic Planning:
Experience in planning and prioritising BIO and Bulk Scotch import clearances based on shipment schedules, business requirements, warehouse capacity, manufacturing demand and regulatory timelines. The candidate should be able to anticipate operational risks, prepare contingency plans and support initiatives to reduce clearance lead time, detention, demurrage and overall logistics cost.

Robust ability to analyse shipment data, customs duty, clearance lead time, inventory ageing, detention, demurrage and service-provider performanc
