We are looking for experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across key markets in India. The role will involve developing and managing dealer and channel partner networks, driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening relationships with MEP consultants and architects, and expanding the company's presence in the sanitary, piping, water management, and water heating solutions segment.
The ideal candidate should have solid market knowledge, established channel/dealer relationships, excellent networking and PR skills, and experience in the water management, sanitary, piping, plumbing, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the channel sales network across the assigned territory.
Identify, appoint, onboard, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure consistent business growth.
Drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with MEPs, architects, consultants, contractors, plumbers,



and other industry stakeholders.
Generate new business opportunities through market visits, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
Expand the company's market presence in sanitary, piping, water management, and water heating solutions.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Support channel partners with product information, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
Monitor dealer performance, stock availability, order pipelines, and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, customer service, and issue resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor insights to management.
